Wow, just...simply amazing. Best animation I've EVER seen on colors, I bet even on the best animation program MADE for animation most people couldn't come CLOSE to the quality in this, spectacular job! And congrats to the winners :) I actually never entered this, but I know there were a lot of awesome entries for it. Rogue Ranger you're the best! :D

I'm honestly SUPER surprised I got Best Message for this, despite all the glaring flaws all over my entry. it's so fun to see so many artist's avatars in your style (ngl, I had the biggest grin on my face during the whole winners part), and I agree with Yoshi Ringo; I'd LOVE to see what you could do with a proper animation program! you can really make simple shapes go a long way, and seeing what you could do in Flash would be really fun and VERY entertaining!

Hi Rogue Ranger. I'm sure you don't know me, however, I thought I'd bring something to your attention that you, among all the great people of the Colors! community, seem best equipped to address. I have come across an artist named sqeek six eight one nine (as numerals, all run together, and not myself or someone I know personally, I assure you). Squeek is substantially undervalued as an artist and only had but a square of four followers before I followed today, and seems to be contemplating quitting Colors or possibly art in general. I come here now with no demands, only a request that you consider squeek's gallery for yourself, and, upon such consideration, should you find the art found there to be of considerable quality relative to the recognition it has received, then do what you feel to be right and just. I have made it my errand to verbally inform four people of squeek's work, such that they might consider it, and, perhaps, tell others of it as well. If only one of these four is moved to inform others, then I have succeeded of my task. It is a strategy akin to that found in "Pay it Forward," and I make no claim of developing the concept.

Furthermore, though this is the first of its kind, I intend to perform such services for any artist of this community whose popularity is distinctly depressed relative to the quality of their art (and who is followed by fewer than one-hundred other artists: some artists on here are exceptional, and ought to have over one-thousand followers, as you do, but their several hundred is not so diminutive that I feel compelled to address their plight before I have sought to amend those of all lesser artists first, though I do take note of them for the time when all among this first wave of artists are appropriately recognized). The following feature has its benefits, but also its drawbacks. Let's make the Colors! gallery a place where artistic achievement is valued more than any other single factor (the second preferably being kindness), and not just a recapitulation of the contests of popularity that occur within our external society and are all too common in our distinctly non-artistic lives. I exhort likely not just RR, but all who read this and are of RR's or similar persuasion. Thanks so very much for your consideration and thoughtfulness! Farewell!
