Yup #XIII is from the #A.P. and I've adapted it to an #O.C. he isn't nice per say but he isn't evil or mean for fun though without the right qualities he will possibly attack you the purple on the claws and the outside edge of wings is poisonous on the inside edge of his wingblades is seratted and hurts he is strong not through muscle but in speed and is about 7 ffet tall the membrane doesn't stop at the wing but continues up to the head his head is scarred as is his back and body can sometimes-
