Mr. Chimes by button-buck
This is that strange, Grim Reaper looking... man? that just moved in next door. You often see him sitting on his back deck listening to his bone wind-chimes clatter in the breeze. He's so odd. You call him Mr. Chimes and he doesn't seem to mind that. He doesn't talk much either, but sometimes says "good evening" if you both are on your decks at late hours. The whole neighborhood is concerned about him. Who knows...

me and mr.chimes can be bffs, everyone in my neighborhood thinks Im odd as hell anyway xD
Im very loud when Im outside and sometimes I tend to talk to myself or I'll laugh unconditionally outside hehhehe.
