Wind fairies, as their name implies, can manipulate nearby wind currents. They have functional wings, but most prefer to travel by bubble. A typical wind fairy carries a wand from which she can blow a bubble that can carry her, as long as she remains calm and relaxed. She has trouble sleeping anywhere else, so she rarely awakens where she fell asleep.
