My #Dragonair chara for "Nobody's Angel." She's Oasis's 'mount' though they share a bond through more than a simple dragon-and-rider companionship.
#Roanoak's design is loosely based off beta Dragonair's design. Her name comes from the "lost colony" the English created when they first came over to America. #History :U
So the design and name are co.nnected in a way, both being lost in time.
