I used a drawing on paper to paint him.
So, my older bro's in college, and his nickname is Goose. Dad & I wanted to make him a carepackage later, so I got the idea to create a stuffed animal goose. But, being a bird-nerd, I cannot simply make a generic 'goose'. So all this morning I was on the fence about which goose species to do...I almost chose Barnicle, [Brenta bernicla] but I thought since he has huge feet, the Pink-Footed would be a cute inside joke.

Gotta wonder how he got his nickname, though...seeing as how your typical Canadian geese aren't the nicest...

Nice Pinkfooted Goose, I like the coloration and shadeing that you used. When most people think of geese they think of the "typical" barn-yard geese or Canada geese.
