First of, very nice painting, the rain looks great, and I really like how you did the beetle.

Secondly, I think you're a little confused about the Stop Online Piracy Act. I'm no lawyer but I have read the full text of the act and it doesn't apply to fanart on the colorslive site, that's all covered by older laws that have been on the books for years such as the DMCA, which if any of the copyright owners were concerned, by now Colorslive would have been hit by boat loads of cease and desist orders and have taken the fanart down.
Besides that the SOPA bill was refered to committee, then subcommittee, etc. etc. at the end of 2011 and has had no action taken on it since and has died. You have nothing to worry about, SOPA cannot become law.

this is a sad and moving picture but this won't happen and it will be veto so don't worry too much on it also it looks like many forgot about the "Fair Use Doctrine" that allows us to use copyrighted material for non-profit andbeducational use. But you are drawing mostly Original Characters and that is not copyrighted by anyone but yourself, and even though your "basing" it from a copyrighted thing you are making it your own and that is something that they can't take from you so hope I can see the little happy Koro face once again

...I also want to mention that SOPA is not the main reason why this was made.
