hunter s. thompson is one of my heroes! this is awesome work & a wonderful subject to paint. i was too young to live 'the life' he wrote about but you did great by combining two iconic artists of the 'sixties & 'seventies: lne was the voice of that generation; the other was the vision. TRIP OUT DUDE!

p.s. to everyone who doesn't know who mr h. s. thompson is: ever see the movies "Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas" & "The Rum Diaries"? they starred Johnny Depp as Thompson...read the books guys, they're awwsome: "Good God, man! We can't stop here! This is Bat Country!!!"
