Villagers have a set amount of stuff in their pockets.
The only item in that squirrel's pockets was a loom for a few days, so that explains all that spookiness.

xDDDDDDDDDDDD sometimes, ACNL is getting weird...xDDD I have dat girl in my town!!xDDD in my town, my villagers are stalkers. when I walk, I often see them in front of a door's house. and they don't move. they just stay...in front of the door. they did that to every houses!xDD
