I'd imagine her cutie mark to be wine, or something related XD Justified, since there is Berry Punch whose nickname by Lauren Faust is Pinot Noir, which is a type of wine.
The background's lookin' pretty empty, but I tried to fix it by adding lines. Which didn't really work (or make sense), but should atleast make it seem alright.
