Her mother was a mur.derer, and her father was abusive and addicted to all sorts of bad things that no one wants. After her mother's death, Melody began to distance herself from her father. She grew paranoid of him lashing out. As soon as she was old enough, she moved out. She now takes care of a defective Changeling and lives in Emerald village.
