Her life was going great. Until she recieved some sort of unmarked package.
It had no return adress and no name. It just was adressed to her. She was home when she openned it. Her human parents out for dinner. Inside she found some sort of lazer device, a blank piece of paper, and a small flask. The silver ingraving said "Drink me, and start anew" She was a bit puzzled at first.
So she texted some of her friends saying things like, "Ya know, you're a great friend! I just thought I should let you know. :)" and "Thanks for everything!" Just incase.
So she openned the flask and stared at it for a while. Then she closed it, thinking of her most prized possessions, and put together a pile of the things that meant everything to her. "Start anew?" she thought, "Pffft too bad." Then she put it in a bag and got ready for some cool adventure.
She picked up the flask, again, and drank it.Thinking it kind of tasted like some sparkling beverage. The kind that feels like it almost burns as it's going down your throat. So she waited a while and she felt something strange happening inside her. She dropped the flask and fell down. Her heart was started to race but something was happening on the other side of her chest. It hurt really bad.
She got up, shaking, picked up the laser device and blank peice of paper and put it safe in her bag. More v

She started to breath heavily.
"A-am I dying?" she asked herself. Her knees gave way and she grabbed for your heart. But that was the wrong side. 'What's going on?' she thought. 'I don't want to die. Who sent me this? What am I becoming?'
You could see the pain in her eyes. The fear. The frustration of her choice. Slowely, her eyes closed and she fell. After a few minutes she sat up. Looked around, confused, and shrugged. Now it felt like something was beating on the other side of her chest. It felt funny.
But now....it felt as if her body was burning. Her face. She looked in the mirror and it was glowing. She looked st her hands and they were glowing. A horrified look filled her face. She took a couple steps back and felt she was going to burst. Then BAM REGENERATION!
The house was now on fire, burning to the ground. She got out with everything she needed and fled the scene, crying. She didn't know where to turn. Where to go. What to do. The neighborhood she lived in had a bit of forest. She camped there and thought of what to do. Still crying. Then a shadowy figure aproached her ad hugged her tight. "I'm sorry," he whispered. "I'm so sorry"
Then she met
The Doctor.

Oh cool!Perhaps I might take this as a flashback.Anyways,I started the comic.As the Master is approaching the front doors of the school,his attention turns to a voice."Hey you!"Turning,he sees it is the Major walking up while in a good mood."Are you ready to get whooped in science class?"Narrowing his eyes,the Master responded,"We'll see."
That is so far my success.They didn't mention their names yet.

Isn't hypnotization part of his electrical powers?Cause he won't get them for a good extra pages...Maybe a bit longer.But he gets his powers by a timelord from the future before his device gets close to done.Then he turns a dog into a pup and says "Not quite to dust."
