Stolen by a rookie from Rocket,Trixy was brought to their base and got expierimentaly transformed into a shiny Eevee that can transform back and fourth through her evolution forms.But the flaws she suffer is cronic amnesia and force of devolving before evolving to another evolution.However,the rookie who kidnapped her is now her trainer and she learned to quick evolve through knowledge of named elemental attacks for surprize advantages.Due to her amnesia,Trixy is loyal to her.

His Gallifreyan name is Koschei (I guess that's not his real name. It's apparenly unknown.) So I'd just give him an alias. I can tell you of his childhood if you'd like. And I have a list of his previous aliases (cuz he finally died in the show)
