This is Dekiras little sister(one of them), Nura.
Shes 14 years old and also when she doesnt look like, her power is water and Fire. (it will be changed when she gets older)
(: She also has the stars at the same points as Dekira has. But her paws all are coloured. And she got no scratches or a snake on her eyes, there are simply lines or somewhat. This will change too
