Das Ubermann by <Pyro>
This is the loadout I use when I play Medic in TF2 (Aside from the Dueling badge). I said I'd do Spy first, but my Medic popped into my mind, so I wanted to finish it first. I might do my TF2 Pyro vs my OC Pyro next :D

Also, I may have my German wrong, but isn't it "Die Ubermann"? Die means 'The'.

Yes, but I was following TF2's tradition of naming the Medic's hats & miscs "Das (Item name)"
