It is Echo Song in her lunar form. Her magic twisted in a way that made her this, from the Lunar Charm, a gift from Luna. Rumors spread and someponies belives that she is for a Lunar Republic pony & that she is Luna's daughter, but its not true. She protects young fillies when they sleep, especialy orphans. She is a gentle soul & often comforts orphans, because she knows the pain they suffer. Often goes to the Everfree Forest to play. Her singing soothes nightmares & her wings is Star Chart. :)
