Practice and study human and animal anatomy, as well as art in general. It may help to copy or trace others' work, just to get the hang of it. But most of all,
PRACTICE. Keep drawing. Draw and draw some more. Draw draw draw draw draw draw draw. If it looks bad, find out why and fix it next time. PRACTICE.

Like Frost the fox already told you, the only way to learn it is practice, (it really help to learn how the skelletion of Wolves and Humans are build) I wish you good look!
