One good thing to remember about hands is that the pinky finger (furthest from the thumb) is shorter than the other fingers, but starts at about the same place.
Also, I'm not sure if it's just me but your arms seem a bit long... I think it's the hands? I remember reading a tutorial on dA that said the hands start about halfway down the thigh, and stop just before the knee.
Uber-long comment for the win XD.

^ If you try putting your arms by your sides they should be about half way from your hips to your knees, which is how long I draw them. I dunno, maybe I'm wrong.
