if you're a whovian,you will know a cyberman's judgement of what is right or wrong is wrong.So if it says "DELETE SOPA" it means the cyberman thinks it is a wrong thing to keep.But since it's judgement is wrong it would mean sopa is a good thing which it is not.That is the only problem I have with this drawing.I think it's a very good drawing.
