This is how I picture Maklye.It was going to be a sketch dump,but bluh.
His eyes look like they have no pupils from the depth of the sea that he stays in.As the Earl of Samich,he hunt the fearsome Lampbeast who call the ocean floor their home.His hair is bleached from the salinity,but show darker roots.His micro-empire only consists of himself and whoever he takes under his fins.He dislikes his horns because they get in the way of his job and his glasses,which he wears on land.
