i cant figure out how to make an animation correctly here. a select few are good at it. im just impatiant for FlipnoteStudio 3d to be released.

try making the bg solid white rather than clear (anything also white to be solid white) then you move the next frame to the top and the last will be hidden behind it(wich point you can just deleate it) then copy the bg (keep a unedited bg on it's own layer) to the deleated layer draw the next frame on it the continue from begining.
