i'm canadian so i'm not sure how this would effect me , but its still just wrong on so many levels , it goes against peoples rights! whatever happened to freedom of speech? it will mean you'll get slapped with fines or put in jail if you make fanfics , memes or fanart

I agree. Many people draw copyrighted characters to show their appreciation and/or love for the character. It isn't wrong.
