Awwh, aren't birdies the best? I had a co.ckatiel for a week during the summer, but apparently he was sick and passed away. Good news is I'm getting another soon :]
Be warned--if you're unaware, birds hide illness until it's life threatening. Watch their waste and how much they sleep for a good indication of their health.
I wouldn't wanna see someone else lose a bird as soon as me :[
