This is NOT the first time they tried to pass this bill. The first time they did it was back in late 2011, and clearly no one liked it. So why are they bringing it back? Don't ask me, it's going to fail again like it did last time. (That and I didn't want to do a rant, but everyone's talking about it again) It's not something new, it's old as dust. They just want to pass it again. For those unaware, it's an copyright bill that can get you arrested for using copyright material. #SOPA
