You know how Nintendo said people can't stream their games for money for longer than 10 minutes? SOPA wants you to go to jail for a maximum of 5 years for even 1 second of str.eaming, even without money! As long as you don't get benefited, it should be allowed. I'm talking about ROMS and stuff here!
