It is as simple as asking permission before you use the owner's stuff. You wouldn't like it if somebody copied your drawings/art and claimed it as their own, would you? SOPA just wants copyright to be taken more seriously.

People shouldnt post pirated material on the internet, and you are givin the chance to delete it. If you owned a company you wouldnt want people going against your copywrite. Sopa stops things like free movies and free music, it targets sites like limewire (free music) it deleted the site and none of the users got in trouble, just the owner. People on here just cant see the logic behind this and are overreacting for no reason. Sorry, but sopa should've happened a Long time ago, way before pirated material became a problem.
