Currently, SOPA or PIPA were enacted a long time ago (Not too long), But did not suceed. So far, I am Thinking SOPA may not suceed again, Or maybe it might. SOPA contains the meaning of "Stop Online Piracy Art", Meaning it is law-abiding (In a way, I forgot some information) If you upload any copyrighted art/videos. Although SOPA Hasn't suceeded, it may suceed this time. According to my recent check on browser, it said Youtube, Facebook, and twitter sent letters to the congress about SOPA.
