As far as I understood,they can only shut down websites(or communities like colors!3d) and such stuff.
Nobody will go to jail for posting fanart and stuff,that is covered by other laws.
This does not mean I am not against SOPA,I still hate it.
Also,last year they were "beaten" by websites like YouTube,Twitter and Wikipedia,so dont worry,the internet is probably ready.

Look,SOPA is real,but not pure evil.
1. They are against piracy,which means downloading/watching/listening to movies and stuff without the permission of the owner of all the stuff.
2. Only the owner of a website which supports such piracy can get into trouble. The users of such communities do NOT get into trouble at all,and you need to be a certain age(Which many people here arent) to be able to get any trouble or whatever when you do something illegal.
3. Since Obama has stated that he is against SOPA,it will probably not really "return" at all.
