We could do a flat battle in black2/white2. Our pokemon would be set to level 5O. just no ledgendaries or duplicate pokemon/items and we will be good!

I've beaten Red in soulsilver, I just wanted to challenge him again so I'm redoing the elite 4. one problem: I have almost no healing items whatsoever. oops.
now I'm at Lance and I don't want to lose XD that's why.
We could also battle your soulsilver vs my diamond, I could switch my pokemon out so they are level twentyish.
