The jawline looks high and more v shaped. More like a womans jawline. I think it would more masculine if it was lower and more square (Not that I don't like this painting. I think you're an amazing artist) And the neck doesn't look chunky enough lol. idk it just looks kinda feminine to me.
The shoulders look manly though
