What's that yellow glove with ' #1'?
It often appears in a racing scene on American TV show,
but I still don't get what it is.
I guess it is a goods cheering someone.

The Foam Finger is used in support of your favorite team/group/person at any event, which has the #1 stating that the team/group/person you're supporting is better than the opposition and is your #1 favorite. The Foam Finger can also have different statements printed on it.
Example: "We are #1!"
Though, the most commonly used is, plainly, #1. :-)
