Please don't take this in an offensive way 'cause I wouldn't mean it, ciel ghost is only a bit rude, he means that Ciel isn't interessed in girls like Ellis, because he stay away from her and Ciel isn't a real man because he punched Ellis in the face, obviously not because he looks gay
