Way too much emphasis is being put on the fact that there is a certain degree of exposed breast on display. Look, this is a pokemon character, the sexualisation is completely unnecessary and frankly imo a bit cheap. Sexualisation of characters is appropriate when it actually fits the character, but in this instance it doesn't. You can clearly draw well, you don't need to be gratuitous to get views.
However, at the same time, this is hardly an image that is going to be single handedly responsible for corrupting the world's children - more flesh than this is on show on the covers of comic books (or graphic novels if you prefer) all across the country, and women in just their underwear are on billboards across both the USA and the UK (I can't speak for anywhere else), not to mention being in tv advertising at various times of day. Chill out, it's not that big a deal.
