I drew [traced] this to tell people who is the person on the U.S. dime because alot of people don't know him. He is Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He complained about a sevre headache,slumped foward unconscious and he passed away that day. His popularity to the American public, treasury officals suggested they make a coin with his him on it and was later selected to be the U.S. dime. Now you know.
