Yao Guai are mutated black bears that spawn pretty much anywhere in Fallout 3, and also in the mountains in New Vegas. They are the scariest enemies in my opinion lol

Cazadors arent the scariest just the most deadly with their poison and speed .... But i think that yao gui are the scariest
