Anyway, Soar here is a golden retriever/dalmation mix (spot explanation xD) and on his back is a glider wing thingy that enables him to glide with the wind. He can fold and spread them by stretching his front legs a certain way, and he can flap them if he moves his front legs up and down while in the air.

Just to clarify: he is not evil, he's just challenging and...kind of a jerk. xD And yeah.
