Hmm, best thing to do is Google paws, or pokemon fanart and look for a little example on how to draw them. Good luck.

The problem isn't the paws, but rather the legs. They're bent the wrong way! Cats, dogs, rabbits, (whichever creature Umbreon is based on) all of them have front legs that bend like human arms. Just make a ''begging puppy'' pose, and you'll figure it out!
