Yep Sparky is electric and steller type. >:D I made this type up of course, steller type pokemon can be made by being fused with the "Cosmic Gem". BUT, there's only one, well there was only one because Sparky had fused with it as an egg. ALSO! let me know if there is some item that's in pokemon that already has the name "Cosmic Gem" I won't mind changing the name to something else. :3 If you have any questions about #Sparky, just ask and I'll answer ASAP.
