celtic is rebellious yet shy. she gets into alot of trouble just for fun. she is quiet around new people but if you become your friend she will love, and protect you with her life she has eleven peircings ten in her wings one in her horn

Sadly fissure can't be learn't by any ordinary flygon, and has a 30percent chance to hit, otherwise, nice oc and picture, also, is it just me or are flygon really popular now. (Even though, finding one in the desert is like a fivepercent chance..)

thats so weird i remember flygon able to learn fissure i used one in a battle factory that did huh ok so i changed her move to earthpower
