Tv....well maybe not tv, but he sorta looks like the most intense Ronald mcdonald evar. That black stuff is what they make patties out of.

Hey, Dragoneon, I'm so sorry I havent finished Rayquaza yet. I think its just shading, highlights and then background left... I didnt intend for it to take so long, sorry. '^^
