To be honest, it doesnt really looks cute... (im sorry -..-)
It seems being kind strange because there is no good line, and no anatomic idea.
The tongue, eyes and the nose also seem very unsure.
But the feet look puffy ´.`
I think you should take more time for your art (*3*)
And maybe add some shadows...
