The contest is for the most epic picture of Yukari. If you don't know who Yukari is, she's a character from the Touhou series who's power is to manipulate any boundary. (Hot and cold, day and night, life and death, etc.) If you don't know what she looks like, I suggest typing "Yukari Yakumo" into google images.
