The door slammed opened as a figure staggered inside. The man shut the door behind him, a beer in his filthy hand. The man quickly upturned the beer, finishing it in a few gulps. //he's bedn to the crazyplace again.// Ally thought. (bar) "Ally...." The man stumbled over to the small cage Ally was in, hunching over to fit. "Go get me....another beer..." The man slurred. Ally didn't want to but she had no choice, She didnt want to get beaten. As the drunk man opened the cage Ally Struggled out, Hurrying to tug the tied shirt on the refrigerator. When She got to the refrigerator she heard the man yell: "HURRY OR ILL GET THE BAR!" Ally kicked the refrigerator with her hindlegs, and shot out of the kitchen to her drunk owner. "Ally....Your too slow..." The man said as he slammed down a metal bar on her hind leg, leaving her limping. Ally yelped in pain as the bar slammed down on her leg. "Why....Me...?" She cowered in fear and eventually ran back into her cage.

North woke to shy light filtering through sodden clouds. Distant yelling echoed towards her, alarming the German. /Oh no, not my owners!/ She scrambled to get up, wimpering quietly as she hit her limp on a silver-stump (trashcan). North's dash was a sorry exuse for running. She broke into a park, sun dazzling her eyes. Blinded, she stumbled onto a secluded ridge where a veiw of the city spread beneath her. /Wow... The world is so much bigger/ A far off bark here, a car alarm there... It was perfect...

Charie scratched at the door of her owners old rigged house when "BANG" fired a strange object. "master blew the bang boom again (gun)..."said charie, usualy her master fires at a wall of the couch but this time it was followed by a scraem of her masters wife, "that didnt sound rihgt..." woofed the collie as she barked at the door. "oh you want some too do you mutt!?" said her master as he whipped her with his belt. charie wined as she tryed hard to break his vi.ol.ent grip. finily she broke frre and jumped the tall fence running away. (oof that was long)

(Skyla's gonna start from when she's in the area; just with more detail)
As Skyla was shoved into the arena, she observed the stingy place. There was a dirt ground beneath her paws, and the arena was a big circle, and there were crowds of monsters sitting around the circle ( the circle is where the dogs fight) in bleachers. She looked at the ground. It was blood stained, and she could see scarlet paw prints at her feet. She looked around frantically, trying to find an exit. She suddenly heard a menacing growl from behind her. Skyla whipped around. In front of her, three times her size, was a huge, black dog, baring his teeth. 'Now I don't want any trouble,' Skyla started to say. But all she could utter was not understandable. //My stupid drunk owner! He forgot to take off my muzzle!!// Skyla thought, panicking.

Lucky woke up to his drunk onner slapping him on his for-paw, he got up with a limp and sat by his onners leg hopeing for a pat on a head. "oh stop u mutt go get the mail!" he yelled setting down his beer and crashing down on the arm-chair. //why, me// Lucky thout grabing the newspaper off the porch and setting it back down on this onners lap, "good now go back to your cage"he said looking at his beer then the newspaper. the German Shepered limped over to his small smelly cage. //i need to get out of here// he thout. the next day he got out of his cage and walked to the backyard. when he was about to jump his onner came rushing out of the door yelling "COME BACK U STUPED DOG!" Lucky jumped for his life over the fence and ran to an alley hiding behind a dumster. "i.. i.. think i l..lost him" he pantted.

The Black dog barked at her, and Skyla winced. It was so loud it sounded like thunder!! She could hear the cheers from the crouds.

Sierra trudged around in the cold snow, pacing on the back porch waiting to be let in. "Why does she always forget me when she gets drunk?" she stopped and padded at the door. A voice inside the house began to yell incoherently. "please let me in" whinned Sierra. A huge gust of icy wind passed under her, freezing her toes. Footsteps began and came closer to the door. Her owner slammed the door open and trudged outside with Sierra's collar. "Get over here!" yelled the drunkered. She slowly padded upto her owner who put her mangled collar on her. "Come on! We're going downtown." barked the woman. Sierra obiediantley (spelling) followed her master into the rusted car. They car roared to life at the turn of the key and they began driving down the street. "where are we going" thought Sierra. They were driving really fast and then her owner stamped on the breaks. "Get out!" sceeamed the woman. Sierra began whinning "Your not my dog! I don't love you, i don't care about you, GET OUT! the woman grabbed Sierra by the scruff and threw her into the snowbank. Sierra tried to run back but her owner almost stomped on her with her foot. "Go!" yelled the woman. She fumbled back into the car. Sierra stood there in shock, not even budging when slush was thrown at her from the car tires when her owner sped away. "What am i going to do now?"

Charies master hars.hly beat her to the point were her whole body was going numb, she couldnt do anything but lay in her b.lood and whine.

A door slammed and lights were pounded on. A Belgian Tervuren cowared behind a couch. His master had gotten home and he reaked of tequilas, beer, wine, rum, and anything else he could afford in. The tall man hollered for the dog to come but he wouldnt budge. This man frightened more than ever. Glass shards flew around the dog as the man threw his bottle at him. "Damit Vist! get the heII in here before I gut you!." Without warning the man rushed behind the couch to Vist and grabbed him by the collat. Despite him being a large dog he was picked up with a frightening ease.Pulling his face close to his muzzle the man smiled menacingly. "So. You decide not to obey your master huh." Vist was shaking in his pelt, the mans eyes were dead cold and unforgiving, his unshaven stubly features were that of a dark, evil being. His grip tightened and he threw the dog against the wall with such force that a crack ran through coa,rsly painted wall.dust from inside scattered everywhere. "Im the one who feeds you idiot!! You! obey! Me!" the man was furious. He beat the dog, kicking and punching, then undid his belt and began using it as a whip,

Ally was getting tired of this abuse, as she circled down in her cardboard bed, she decided she would leave, but she had to find the perfect time...or the chain would come out. "Why am I the only one?" (its a lil before midnight around 11:30 guys) As soon as Ally dozed off she heard her owner yell to get him some more beer. Ally's ears perked up but she didn't move. This was her time to escape. As the owner yelled again and finally got up with the metal bar he stumbled over to the cage. Ally shot up and hit her head on the low cage as he banged the top with the bar. //He's up! Why can't he get it himself!// She growled to herself. The man opened the cage and Ally shot out, heading for the door.

"you wait here mutt, im getting the chain..." snarled charies owner as he walked in the house. "n-not the chain..." charie gasped as she tried to stand but fell each time. (the chain is a long sp.iky chain used to beat her somtimes and its aful)

(here Rain ;]) North scrambled around the trailer, feeling air 'whoosh' past her haunches. 'GET BACK IN THE CAGE!!!' Her owner roared, only making her heart pump faster, if it was possible. She didn't want to go into the cage. It had housed her when she was a puppy, and she was thrown slop at, garbage, rubbish that the drunk he.llion was too tired to throw out. It served as food and now she reeked of it. For so long, now her nose had succumed to it. /Other dogs must think I live in a dump, 'cause if they did they would be right!/ Then she saw it, a sliver of light. She smelled it, cool night air, like victory. She could taste fresh rats and mice waiting... waiting for her to bolt. She did.

Lucky woke to a start he hered his onner in the distance. he sunk into the darkness of the dumster. his ears perked up, he here barking not to far off. "just a stray"he said to himself. little did he know that there are more trubble to come.

charie had enough she knew she could defeat her dem.on like owner with one bite, her courage gave her the straingth to get up. "here we are you little runt" said charies owner as he raised his arms to smack charie with the chain, but charie was prepared and jumped up and bit her mastors arm with her spiney blackened teath making him drop the chain.

(then just forget my first paragraph) Goldie layed on the floor all bruised up and beaten. "GOLDIE! U little b***h! (excuse my language) COME GET MEH SOME MORE BE.ER!" her owner shouted. Goldie got up and lowered her ears. "GO ALREADY!" he shouted. Goldie padded into the kitchen sadly. // why....why// she thought. When she got in there, she noticed the window wide open! Her eyes widened. // yes! finally! freedom! // Not aware of the height, she jumped on the counter and jumped out. As soon as she did, she broke the tequila glass and her owner ran in. "GOLDIE!!!"

Ally couldn't open the door and her owner was getting closer. Tap...tap..tap. She heard as her owner showed a menacing smile. Ally ran to the other side of the room, braced herself and jumped on the couch, pushed her hindlegs once more and jumped out the window. Ally heard the her owner scrambling and yowling after her. As Ally landed on the ground some glass cut her forepaws. Ally yelped in pain as she ran away to a dark alley. (Wildtalon we meet here) She heard her owner's footsteps pushing closer and hid in the dumpster. //He's to drunk to find me here!// she thought.

Vist was bloodied bruised and beaten down but the man didnt give up then. he whipped the dog with the belt a good fifteen times. blood pooled on the floor and stained all around him. It trickled down to the mans steel toe boots that were already stained crimson from the abuse. Vist struggled still. He couldnt die this way! blood gurgling from his miuth he slowly got up. the man had dropped his belt and was trying and failing to pick it up due to the way alcohal disfigures your depth perception. Looking around Vist searched desperatly for an opening, anyway out. The door was slammed shut, the window was closed as well. this was hopeless. He wanted to give up to just let the man kiII him, but there was still a tiny bit of him clinging to hope, that maybe there was a way out.
The man picked gave up on the belt, grabbing a baseball bat that lay beside the door.

Charie pushed with her paws and fell on her master biting and slashing at his chest untill he finialy pushed her off twords the door and ran away down the streets.

Lucky hered a smash as if someone jumped into a window then a loud yellp. he stuck his head around the dumster to see a dog had jumped throu her window. he looked up to see her onner yelling from the room. he didn't know what to do help or not she wasn't that hurt but she was. for now he just stared.

"what am i going to do" thought Sierra. She slowly hopped off the snowbank and began trudging through the snow. "Why did this happen, i didn't do anything wrong. And.. She said she didn't love me anymore. I-I gotta get away from here!" Sierra whimpered as she ran down the unforgiving road, she'd never gone this far from h- that place. A few buildings began to appear like they were getting taller the closer she got to them. "Wow... that's a lot of buildings. And they're huge!" Sierra sat down a stared at the magnificent buildings in awe. Then, she got back up and trotted down the street while admiring the different buildings. "Hey, that one's the same color as... home." Sierra began whimpering again and slowly trudged into the nearest alley. She smelled another dog but ignored it, she didn't care anyways. Nobody could possibly be as upset as she was right now.

Goldie was falling down into an alley. She yelped with and landed on her leg. Goldie whimpered but got right back up and started running onto the sidewalk. As soon as she did, her owner came out of the building (where they live). "U COME BACK HERE U LITTLE..." he started runnung after me, throwing knives. When got Goldie's thigh, the other ones missing. Goldie ran as far as her legs could take her. As soon as she was about to give up, she found a dumpster a few inches away. // maybe i could jump in..?// Goldie thought. She jumped in the best she could. Fortunately....her owner ran past, wildly yelling and bumping into poles. Goldie had time to catch her breath. Soon pan had struck her and she began to cry. // why is my life like this...// she thought. // why..//

"huh? oh no i heard something." thought Sierra. She slowly padded behind a garbage can not ten feet from a nearby dumpster. She cowered behind the metal can preparing for the worst.

Goldie layed there, shivering. It had begun raining, and the blood trickled down her thigh. Goldie heard the rumbling of the thunder and the honking of cars, but no sign of her owner. So she crawled out of the dumpster and howled sadly, hoping someone, or something would hear.

Charie ran as fast as she could twords a darkened alley were the other dogs were and dove in the trash insearch for food

"i't just me," he said walking out from behind the dumster, "are you ok?" he walked to the dog, "my names Lucky whats yours?" he asked her.

Goldie could feel her marrow shivering now. She just stood there like a coward, the knife still in her thigh. Goldie started to cry, thinking this was the end of her life.

Charie jumped out of the dumpster and growled at the nearby dogs "i've been throuhg too much today to be kil.led by you dogs!" growled charie "if you let me leave youll never hear from me again!"

As the man came at him again, this time with a bat, Vist began to panic. He was mortified of him. Quickly, he reeled his head to the closed window and without thinking bolted, kicking the man as he took a swing Vist lept onto the couch, the dprings scre,amed under him and blood splattered everywhere. without giving time to think he slammed into the window above the couch. It sha,ttered without force and shards stabbed into him. Vist landed on the wet ground outside with a thud. His body limply bouncing to his side. Fresh air stung his nostrils and his back bled onto the rain covered pavement. shards scattered everywhere and the man scre,amed bloody mur,der from inside the house. Vist was free! he bolted up, ignoring his bodies protesting agony. running away from that heII, away from the man, away from death. Rain spattering his bloodied, gory fur.

Lucky was shoked to see that Alley fell to his feet he took he by the collor and brout her to the dumster where they wouldd be safe from the rain. //so her onner abused her... just like me// he thout lying down beside Alley and falling asleep.

Goldie just stood there, speechless. She then barked back, "U KNOW WHAT?! SO HAVE I! U DONT KNOW THE HURT AND PAIN I'VE BEEN THROUGH, SO LEAVE ME ALONE!!" Goldie just started sobbing again. The pain and sorrow was getting to her.

"i-i don't want any trouble either." Sierra said calmly. "I'll leave if you want me to.." Sierra coward and was ready to leave.

She began to wonder if any one was around. 'Hello?! Please talk to me! I'm sooo sad...'

Charie stept back and prepaired for the worst

Goldie just sat and said, "Im srry i yelled...." She sniffed. "Im just.....upset....thats all.." (i gtg in a few Dx)

"so you dogs have been trouhg what im going throuhg...?" wined Charie "the pain and the agony?"

She heard a cry in the distance and howled back.

As Ally regained consciousness //spell// she heard another dog behind her, growling. She yelped in fear and struggled to get up but she couldn't move. "Help, Help! I don't wanna get hurt anymore! please don't!" She cried to the dog, hoping not to get hurt again.

Goldie nodded. "A lot of it...yes. In fact...my owner's still looking for me."

"I've been beaten ever since i was a pup. I can't remember anything else but that. But, i still needed my owner- at least she cared enough to acknowledge me. Even if it was just to beat me. I didn't think anyone else but me got treated that way." Sierra said as she looked at both of the dogs.

Goldie's thigh was still gushing with blood endlessly. She tried to ignore the pain, but it was just too much to bare. She also tried to hide that thigh, for the knife was sticking out.

"... we... we could be dog buddies! and like the di.rty dogs (wolves) on the twoleg box (tv)!" Charie barked with a smile (she means be like a pack but not a PACK you know)

North slumped down into the painfully familiar garbage. She continued to call out, tears ran down her cheeks along with rain. She sheltered in the trash and howled her sorrow.

"Well...my owner used to treat me very well. Fed me, played with me, loved me. But that soon changed when my other owner, his mate, died. After that, all he would do is beat me and send me to get him his stupid bottle of God knows what!" Goldie exclaimed.

All looked up, glad to see Lucky infront of her. "Thankyou..." She muttered to herself.

Luck saw Alley yelling and trying to move. he hered a growl by reflex he jumped and portected Alley. (i think Lucky has a crush XD)

"And yes...that would be wonderful!" Goldie barked. (gtg now guys! ill be back on in a hour or two)

North quieted and put her head on her paws. She scratched at her collar and sighed.

Vist ran down the streets rain mixing with blood dripped off his fur. the roads were empty and moonlight shined down.
After going a few streets he stopped in an alleyway to rest, investigating his wounds. he stood by a puddle seeing his reflection, his large caramel fur was cacked in blood, his spine was in serious pain from all the belts, and all through, his body was covered in scrapes and cuts. All he wanted to do was sleep and heal, but he heard other wolves a bit away. it sounded like there was quite a few of them, /maybe they can help/ he thought. and started trudging to them cautiously.

(they just met too XD)
"Well, my master loved me too but when his mate was having pupys it got evan better but one day when they got home from the vet there puppys di.ed... so they always went to the crazy house and left me out side... like i wasent there..." sadly barked Charie "so what do you say? together dog buddies?"

Sierra hobbled back next to the garbage cans and laid down, casually staring at the other dogs. (i need to go guys! i REALLY don't want to but i need to get going to my cousin Ally's Birthday party- but i hope i can get back on b4 this ends!)

The moon slowly crawled up the dark, rainy sky. North sighed. She remembered, before her owner beat her, a song that he would always sing along with. It always made him happy. 'Don't worry... be happy...' she forgot the rest of it.

Charie was delihgted to tell her knew friends about the things shes seen on the twoleg box "one time on the twoleg box i saw this wierd fuzzy tailed runny thing that i just wanted to chase! i realy want to find one some day!"

(I'll be a white (albino) german shepard with a lavender bandana) A white german shepard cowered beneath her master. He towered over her, his eyes foggy with intoxication. She growled a warning... but to no prevale. He broke the bottle of the cheap whisky he had been holding and held it to the dog's head threateningly. Nothing he said made sense, his speech was completely incoherant, which made the situation all the worse. The white dog tucked her tail and flattened her ears, before shooting between his legs, making him fall and knocking him unconsious. She swallowed hard- this would be her only chance to escape the hell she had been adopted into. Leaping out the window, she took to the streets, running with no plans of stopping.

He opened his eyes and looked out the window. It was dark outside, he had fallen asleep. "I must wait for their return." He sat by the back door. Every small noise he heard made his heart race. He suddenly jumped up and raced for the front door. He jumped up at the door kn.ob and scratched. His owners were back! When they walked in the door, he realized this couldn't be good. They were holding a training collar. "Don't put that on me!" He barked wildly and ran towards the back door. He hit the dog door with a thud. It had been locked. He turned and shrunk into the corner. The people grabbed his neck hide, and slipped the collar on. They jerked him out of the corner. Boy, how that collar hurt him so. They pulled him into the car and took off. They then stopped at a strange place. He heard them whispering things he couldn't understand. He whimpered, and a large hand smacked him upside the head. They left him at this place. It stank and his eyes burned. He turned around and watched as the car drove away with not even a goodbye. (Sorry, that was really long! XD )

"Anyone here?" A little voice rang loud and clear. Rogue was tired. He needed sleep. But, where could he go? In the distance a faint howling could be heard. Rogue stood up straight, cleared his throat, and howled loudly. He hoped that a nearby dog would hear him...

(Just answer his howl if you wish to befriend meh X3 )

Vist struggled along through the alley way. There really was no rush, his owner probably wouldnt come after him. But still, he needed to find a safe haven to rest.
A howl peirced the night peaking his curiosity. The dog wanted to answer, but he was so worn and beaten that he couldnt manage a single croak out of his maw. He finalky gave up and fell to his side in his pool of blood that was probably all down the sreet like a crimson trail.

(ok here it goes)

Lucky left Alley and her "friend" how he didn't trust, to look for food. he whandered allys and allys till he stopped sniffed and when in to a garbage can and pulled out 2 dead fish. he walked some more, then stoped droped his dead fish and growled there was an other dog here. "whos there!" he barked.
(northen this is where u come in.)

North bolted upright, jolted from her starved day dream. Being a agile dog, she easily crawled around the area, scoping out the dog in front of her. Weak and clumsy with fatigue she tripped over herself and sprawled out in front of the other mutt. North scrambled up and cowered.

Lucky was surprised that the other dog was going to attack but triped and fell infront of him got up and cowerd with fear. by instint he jumped over the dog landing on top of his food garding it. "what was that for?" he said, "all i asked was whos there."

Terror mingled with agony seized Rogue like a rope. His heart beat through his chest. He cowered into a corner, fearful of any shadows he happened to glance on. He pushed himself up, gripping the dirt for dear life. His eyes became like fiery prisms. "It must be morning" he groaned. His fear left him standing alone, In a dark alleyway. Wonder struck him, there was a long, wondrous trail of blood, like a river down the street. He thought for a moment, and, with a strain he fought back a tear and followed the long crimson trail.
(You don't have to let me. Lyndi just felt bad for leaving in the middle of it)
