The screech that echoed throughout Ender Forest eventually died down, allowing an eerie silence to take it's place.
"We're going in there aren't we" Jake said "Yep" Carina anseered "Yeah! I...think, I..left my furnece on!" Jake replied, backing away. As he made a run for it, Viper quickly grabbed the back of his t-shirt "Oh no you don't! There's no turning back now!" he told him "Right! Let's get our first Neather Star!" Fantasy exclaimed. With that, they ran deeper into the forest in the direction of where the sound had come from

After some time, the snow covered trees opened up into a clearing. In the clearing, there was a lake that was frozen over. Crossing the lake, the team saw that they were now standig on top of a hill. But there was still no sign of the Neather Star or the enderman. "Oh jeez, this is going to take forever! This place is huge!" Gabe remarked "Heh, don't worry we've got all night!" Jake replied.
Suddenly Fantasy shouted "Get down!". The five threw themselves onto the ground just as a massive cobblestone block flew over their heads before smashing to pieces after hitting a tree. "Where the hell did that come from?!" Jake exclaimed as they got up. "No idea! Bu-" Gabe was suddenly hit from behind by another block. As he fell forward he hit into Jake and they both fell off the ledge before landing hard on the ground below "Gabe! Jake! You guys alright?" Fantasy shouted "Yeah, sort of" Jake replied. "What was that?!" Viper asked, looking around wildly, sword in hand. Carina and Fantasy joined him, diamond swords at the ready.
Suddenly, an unknown voice called out "Not what, but who" "Show yourself!" Carina demanded "As you wish!" came the reply.Suddenly an enderman appeared a few blocks away. However it was no ordinary ender. It was much taller and had massive hands. It was one of Herobrine's mutant mobs.

In the blink of an eye, the mutant enderman disappeared and reappeared directly in front of the trio. Before any of them could react, the ender hit them off the edge. Luckily, the snow drift absorbed the impact of the fall. The team looked up to see a chamber-like cave in front of them. It was covered in large, jaggad ice crystals. The enderman had teleported inside.
"I know exactly why you five are here" he said "Oh yeah? Try us!" Jake jeered "Humph. Looking for this?" the ender asked, revealing the Neather Star behind him which was surrounded by ice crystals. "Oh you're good!" Jake answered "Heh. You want it? Come and get it!" the enderman exclaimed, grabbing the nearedt block and throwing it at the team. They dived out of the way to dodge it. Getting up Gabe shouted "Challenge accepted!"

The five fought against the ender, but he was just too powerful. Slowly but surely, they were losing the battle.
"This isn't working! We can't seem to land a hit on this guy!" Fantasy said to Carina "I know, so how do we beat him?" she asked, looking at the area, searching for any clues or ideas. Suddenly, one came to her. "Wait! I have a plan!" Carina announced, signaling to the others to come back. She quickly explained the plan while the enderman continued to throw blocks of dirt, ice and cobblestone. After dodging another attack, the team nodded and set the plan into action. Taking the torches, Jake began climbing back up the hill while Gabe and Fantasy went to find another way inside the cave, taking the TNT and redstone with them. Carina and Viper stayed to fight the enderman.

"Your friends are smart. They know when to quit. I suggest you do the same" the ender told them. Neither replied but instead stood their ground, diamond swords in hand. "Diamond swords huh? How about we even things up a bit?" he asked as he reached for one of the jaggad ice crystals and broke it off the stone wall. "Let's dance!" the ender added. But Viper and Carina had another card to play. They each took out a potion. Viper's gave him speed and Carina's gave her a jump boost, hoping it would have the same doubled effect as it had in Witherville.
They charged into the chamber, Viper getting there first. The ender swung his makeshift ice sword which Viper blocked with his. Carina came up from behind and jumped up high. The boost had worked again. "WHAT?!" the mutant enderman exclaimed before crying out in pain as she struck him with her diamond sword. The ender staggered back holding the side of his head. "How'd she do that?!" he thought. Then he saw it. "So you're the one" he said "Alright! Enough games!" he added as he came forward and struck Viper, sending him flying off to the side. "Viper!" Carina shouted and went to help him. But before she could, the enderman appeared in front of her and quickly grabbed her by the neck, lifting her and pushing her against the wall. "Now I'm pretty sure Lord Herobrine will want you dead. But I have a feeling he'll want to k.ill you himself. But then again, I'm sure he'll be happy either way" the ender said, lifting his ice sword."You're finished!"

Suddenly they both heard a hissing sound fill the cave. Not the hissing of a creeper, but of a redstone torch lighting redstone. While the ender was distracted by the noise, Carina got her sword and struck him, causing him to let go and stagger back into the centre of the chamber. He looked up and saw Gabe, Jake and Fantasy standing on a high ledge. "Wait! You three are up to something!" the enderman exclaimed "You think?" Jake aaked sarcasticly.
KA-BOOM! The TNT in the ceiling exploded allowing a waterfall to flood in on top of the enderman. He scrreched in pain, unable to teleport for the water was coming down too fast. The ender collapsed. They'd done it. The team had defeated the mutant enderman. Then to their amazement, a small glow rose from it's place among the ice crystals and floated over to them. They'd gotten their first Neather Star.
At that moment, in a dark, distant place, Herobrine roared out in anger
