Don't. I did it once and it was HORRIBLE! I was in some kind of shock-state for the whole day & night, I nearly got a heart attack when I accedently dropped my pencil, so yeah. I'm just happy I didn't cut deep and much, or else I'd look similar to Jeff (the K.iller) on the right side of my mouth. :P
