I cant remember if I already asked you this or not. I meant to earlier, but probably forgot. If I already asked you though I havn't got a responce.
About that swapnote thing. Does that mean pictures of me and replies to notes? And I know what you mean by getting flooded by meaningless notes, but I always enjoy getting pictures from people, and hearing about what's going on in their lives. :]

Its just...I've been abandoned by so many people, and I dont know who to trust any more. I lost my Brother! He looks down on me like I'm a useless piece of sh.it, and it hurts like hel.l. Also my best friend and I promised each other that neither one of wouldn't cut if the other didn't. But its been so hard to keep that promise. I'm so close to slipping. Even my parents don't care. They see what I'm becoming. The way I dress gives it away. And all my dad can do is yell at me for every tiny little thing he can find to yell at me about. I'm just sick of being treated like garbage. Oh, and I also havn't heard from my girl friend in 3 days so, ya.

I understand the addiction thing. I've become addicted to cutting. But it's not for the pain because I'm also numb to all physical pain. I'ts how it makes me feel that is addicting. And I'll try that rubber band thing. thnx.

I'll get a really thick one. Or use on of those rubber braclets. The really thick ones. But those dont really stretch that well. I'm sure I'll figure something out.
