After Buggis lost his lab partner, he didn't have anyone to take care of him. That is, except for Becca. Whenever there wasn't some sort of crisis happening, Becca would play games with Buggy and tell him stories before bed (right before she would turn into a rahktar.) It makes him feel bad when running experiments, but Becca's completely okay with it. She knows he doesn't mean to hurt her.
