it basically means the exact opppsite of what you said. like say someone hates cheeseburgers, and they have to eat a cheezeburger. so they might say they loved cheezwburgers, but they have to say it like with a bit of a jokimg attitude-ish tone to their voice, so someone knows they dont actually like cheezeburgers
