I'll have to disagree about the bland part, Seija Kijin is a pretty cool character in my opinion (Stage 5 is my favorite :D)

And Benben Tsukumo is pretty fun to fight. (She's also a tsukumogami, like Kogasa :D)

About the bland characters... I mean I think the new music trio (stage 4 bosses & extra boss) are the bland part... I thought they would look more unique but they look normal...Seiji is pretty cool!

OMG, OMG, OMG! Touhou 14! I thought it never come! :D Anyway, my sister loves your drawings. Everytime I go to color's gallery, she's like "lets see ShadowKirby!" (btw, she's older than me.)

Bland?
This is TOUHOU, remember. Finding a bland character in Touhou is like finding the 11th Doctor being normal.
