I'm not sure this idea would appeal to you, being that it's US-centric, but you draw people well... Anyway, for your consideration:

Two panels.
Left Panel: A family in a run down hospital, the husband/father in a hospital bed. The doctor is saying, "I'm sorry but your insurance doesn't cover the transplant. Have you already prepared your will?"

So, yes, Inequality. I hear rummors that you don't have to worry about that kind of thing there. I've lost aunts, uncles, grandparents and friends all to simply being too poor to have their lives matter.

also to awnser mr.ranger, over here in the uk we have the NHS with is free health service paid by tax payers, it's a flawed but good health service, your request defently intrests me so i'll get to it eventaully, I'm doing these in order so might take some time
